If you are interested in crewing with us, remember, you can join or depart at any point as long as you arrange it with the captain and we are in port where you can get to or from civilization.
We are presently in Lunenburg Nova Scotia. I have officially postponed the European trip this summer. Quite simply we have run out of summer. We will sail the Canadan Maritimes for a month or so and then head south along the coast to Norfolk Va. From Norfolk we will head to Bermuda and the Caribbean for the winter. Next spring we will get an early start on the voyage to Ireland, Scotland, and Scandinavia. Over this last winter and spring we dismantled the rig down to the lowers. This means we struck (took down) all six yards, all three topmasts and the jib boom and thoroughly overall everything. This was and still is an excellent opportunity for those of you wishing to participate in a full rigging overhaul. Last June we completed a voyage from Auckland, New Zealand to Easter Island,🗿 the Galápagos Islands 🌴 Panama Canal, Honduras, Bahamas, and to my hometown of Mystic, Connecticut, where we are now based. If you haven’t already looked at our Facebook page you should. There are many photos and videos of our previous voyages.
